Liquid Oxygen (ASU-LOX) Program

This test program is designed and used for routine purity testing of liquefied oxygen (LOX) contained in bulk storage tanks at Air Separation Unit (ASU) plants. Sampling typically involves either a customer supplied or ALI rented liquid-phase sampling cylinder (ex.  Cosmodyne^® type). If air-transport is used, the cylinder must be packaged inside a specially designed / IATA-approved O₂ sample shipping case (ex. “supercase”) which can also be rented or purchased.

A special reboiler Oxygen (RELOX) test program is also offered. This program includes special tests for the potential hazardous build up or organic impurities within LOX manufacturing facilities.
