Detector Tube (DT) Based Analyzers precisely measure the concentration of many types of important impurities in CO2, air or other bulk gases. Detector Tubes employ a special reagent that changes color whenever the specific impurity they are designed to detect is present. The length of color stain produced depends on the amount of the target impurity present. The concentration of an impurity is simply read off the marked scale (ex. ppm) of these calibrated tubes.  An additional sample port is provided for interface with our % Purity and Sensory test equipment. 
 
Detector Tube tests provide low cost, versatile back up support for continuous analyzers.  This capability means that you never have to stop production or "run dark" whenever a critical continuous analyzer goes out-of-service!
 
We provide a simple Analyzer Site Survey, as well as informative Getting Started, and Getting the Facts documents to a perspective customer. Once we have their application information, a recommended strategy is generated to meet their specific quality program needs – and budget.
