To perform many ISBT / CGA / EIGA tests on bev-grade liquid CO2, ALI offers their GAS-5XLT™ Sulfinert passivated Gas Analyzer Systems. A GAS-5XLT™ serves as a rugged, semi-automated, multi-channel test instrument. It can be either bench or rack mounted and accepts a CO2 line or cylinder sample. Up to 3 ISBT detector tube (DT) methods can be performed simultaneously. Accessories include Zahm CO2 Purity, ISBT sensory testers or impinger assemblies. A SulfAlert I™ Total Sulfur Analyzer is installed in the 3rd measurement channel. With a GAS-5XLT™ System, many ISBT CO2 tests can be rapidly performed by non-technical personnel after minimal training. It is designed for:

Test Methods, Supplies & Support

The GAS-5XLT™ System includes an extensive Test Methods Manual that contains simple pictorial instructions ("in-color"). GAS-5XLT™ Methods include: acetaldehyde / light aldehydes, benzene / aromatic hydrocarbon content, THC1, Total Sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, sulfur dioxide, total mercaptans, carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, vinyl chloride, phosphine, water vapor, methanol, ethanol / light alcohols, CO2 Purity, Odor / Taste/Appearance + CO2 ID / Purity. ALI stocks all GAS-5XLT™ spare parts and is a discount worldwide supplier of Gastec, Draeger, Kitagawa and Sensidyne detector tubes. ISBT Test Expansion Capability

-The GAS-5XLT™ System is designed for easy field expansion via purchase of a GAS-5SL™ “Slave” unit. This low cost add-on unit runs off the electrical power and pressure-controlled sample gas flow supplied by a “Master” GAS-5XLT™ unit. It extends the potential number of ISBT CO2 quality tests that can be run simultaneously to 6

Recommended Accessories / Options

- DRC-5: Draeger Tube Adapter Assembly (for channel adaptation to Draeger-Tube Based Test Methods).

-VPR-120-20: (120 VAC version, with PR-20 regulator) Sulfinert passivated, liquid CO2 vaporizer. Note: A PR-60 regulator is recommended when using an ASCM-10.

-SPC-1L: Sulfinert passivated, 1Liter CO2 sampling cylinder.

-ST-5, Sulfinert + PTFE passivated, 5' (1.6m), high pressure, flexible, ss-braided sampling tubing

-CS-25 1L cylinder support (for secure vertical mounting of a sample-filled 1L cylinder & vaporizer).

-ZCheck-5 : Sulfinert passivated 5 psig [34 kPa] check valve assembly for interface with ISBT Method 2.0 CO2 purity test equipment (Z-49) + ISBT / CGA / EIGA type sensory test equipment (Sensory-15/16 Kit)

-ZN-49: Zahm-Nagel CO2 Purity Tester for ISBT Method 2.0 type testing (99.00 - 99.99% range).

-Sensory-15/16 Kit: for performing ISBT Method 15.0 + 16.0 type sensory tests.
