“No-Haz” Feedgas Sampling Kits To characterize your feedgas source and also to conveniently & economically ship your samples internationally as non-dangerous goods (non-hazmat), 2 sampling container types are included in our “No-Haz” Feedgas Sampling Kit. Each container is ideal for performing certain analytical tests + they also give us the proper gas volume needed for testing. Our No-Haz kit includes simple, pictorial sampling & shipping instructions. Standard “No-Haz” Feedgas Sampling Kit components: 4, 1L ISBT-Grade “True Blue” Polybags (e.g. used for detector tube-based impurity tests + sensory tests, etc.) 1, 75 or 150 cc Minicyl (a small Sulfinert passivated gas cylinder with an 25 psig inlet “check” valve to limit the fill-pressure) Note: One of the critical tests performed with the CO2 sample in a Minicyl is a trace oxygen (O2) test - which requires a very thorough flush/fill step. Special “No-Haz” Feedgas Sampling Kits: Radon222 Kit and Sorbent 1.4 Kits for: Gylcols, Glycerols, Trace Polycyclic Aromatics & Heavy Metal Vapors. Contact ALI if you desire to measure these non-std types of impurities in your feedgas. Pumps, impinger kits and other rental accessories are available for sampling low pressure feedgas sources or hot stack gases. For high pressure CO2 feedgas sampling a passivated vaporizer- pressure regulator may be required. This vaporizer accessory can purchased from us (a VPR-120 unit + ST-1 flex tubing & passivated fittings). Please see our “Sampling Product” pages or contact us for more literature on these products or a quotation. Note: Our “No-Haz” LCO2 Sampling Kit is similar but also includes an NVR “can”. Shown below are our 2 types “No-Haz” sampling containers + PolyVac low pressure sampling accessory. All involve taking a minimal volume of CO2 gas sample contained at low pressures (LT 25 psig). With our advanced instrumentation and test methods this small amount of gas is enough to perform a comprehensive CO2 feedgas testing program! |
