Turn-Key Analyzer Systems

“Customized Solutions” - Turn-Key CO2 Analyzer Systems

To meet your specific quality goals & budget

All companies that desire to monitor the quality of their CO2 face the same set of start-up questions. These 7 basic questions are: What harmful impurities should we be monitoring - Why do these impurities impact our product’s quality and brand name - Where should we sample our CO2 - When should we be taking our samples - Who will be performing the Tests - Which units should I purchase - and finally HOW MUCH will all this Cost???

The first recommendation that we have is to fill out our simple, yet informative “Site Survey” for setting up a CO2 Analyzer Program - then call or e-mail us to review the results. Once we have the answers to this survey, we can begin to formulate a strategy designed to meet both your immediate quality assurance needs and your budget. For your review, we have attached a “site survey” as well as some system configurations that are available - from “simple-to-sophisticated”. If you have a very limited budget however, and you “check around” you will quickly see that, no other vendor can offer the value and range of analyzer products that we do.

The good news is that most critical CO2 impurities can be easily, rapidly and accurately monitored by operators with a minimal technical background using our highly reliable, low cost analyzers.

Other very important issues for many customers, especially small companies in remote locations involves analyzer space limitations, no local supplier for highly pure support gases and calibration standards, supply expenses, repair service availability, and the need for expert advise and technical support whenever a gas quality upset is encountered.

Fortunately, we have solutions to these concerns as well. For example, our analyzers are compact, can be bench - or rack mounted, require very few support gases (e.g. H2 & Air) that can be generated by small state-of-the art gas generators (which eliminates the need for a local cylinder supplier) - our detector tube methods do not require calibration gases (we are discount suppliers of ALL detector tubes) - for analyzers requiring a calibration gas, we supply them in small, long lasting, “throw-away” cylinders for convenience & low cost - our analyzers are built for rugged, long term use - many repairs can be easily performed (e.g. plug out/plug-in) by the customer - for those repairs requiring special skills we offer several service options as do our suppliers (e.g. Gast, Matheson Tri-Gas, Parker, GOW-MAC, Arnel-Perkin Elmer) - who have field representation in many parts of the world for rapid correction of any repair issues. Finally, we are certified by the world’s leading beverage, beer and gas producing companies to perform ISBT quality testing on their international LCO2 affiliates.

In summary, if you are planning to either start or upgrade a CO2 quality analyzer program, ALI can do it all for you at very fair pricing. We have the experience, products and international affiliate support network to meet your needs.
